Overview
Joseph leads Code & Theory's engineering team and provides technology strategy and leadership to clients. He is responsible for architecting systems and solutions, and has extensive experience with digital publishing, online advertising, e-commerce, and SEO. He has lead projects for NBC Universal, Comcast, Conde Nast, Brown-Forman, Gilt Groupe, Gant, L'Oreal, Interview Magazine, Current TV, and Du Jour Magazine, among others.
Prior to Code & Theory, Joseph was an engineering leader at Schematic, where he spent four years as a tech lead, architect, and developer on accounts such as Nokia, Panasonic, Scholastic, South Park Studios, and Amp’d Mobile.
Joseph graduated from Northwestern University with a double major in Computer Science and Cognitive Science. He then spent two years in R&D on projects related to artificial intelligence, educational technologies, and online communities.
